Master Cooking Classes at Absynthe
Learn all about cooking from a master chef. Two Michelin Star Chef Meyjitte Boughenout is now teaching Master Cooking Classes at Absynthe.
From September to October, Chef Meyjitte Boughenout will share his culinary expertise in a variety of classes that are available to all.
Learn about the basics of kitchen prep work in the Mis en Place Prep Class. In this class, you will join the Absynthe Kitchen Team in the set up of the commercial kitchen. Learn how to organize and arrange the ingredients that will be used during service.
In the Cooking Demonstration and Tasting Day class, you will watch Master Chef Meyjitte Boughenout dissect his most popular "A La Carte" dishes. You will get the rare opportunity to ask questions, take notes, and taste the beautiful dishes that are created at Absynthe.
The Evening Service Class gives you the opportunity to work a specific station during the evening service at Absynthe. Experience how a professional kitchen is run and endure first hand the pressures involved in Master Kitchen.
