Besides this, there will also be demonstrations, interactive workshops, live entertainment, and of course, the Australian Sand Sculpting Championships. The largest sand sculpting competition will be featuring 15 world-renowned sculptors who will be presenting their 10-tonne sand masterpiece.
The Sand Safari Arts Festival 2020 starts on February 14 and ends on March 1 in Surfers Paradise.
Sand Talk – Art of Conversation 2020
Would you like to be involved in a very meaningful event which addresses mental health and well-being? The Sand Talk is set on February 23, on the first nine days, there will be a large container art installation on the Surfers Paradise Beach. You are encouraged to write your story and spark hope and inspiration to the readers.
On the day of the festival, the art of conversation happens. This also includes the formation of a giant human speech bubble. Sand Talk – Art of Conversation is a free event, and everyone is welcome to take part.
Australian Street Entertainment Carnival 2020

Festival of Film, Music and Dance 2020
The Festival of Film, Music and Dance is not just an event but a celebration of the region's film industry. With that, the festival is once again bringing in their annual short film festival called SIPFest.
