Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check in 2pm

Check out 10am

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

Yes $200 is held as a pre-authorisation on a credit card

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Yes, after hours check-in is available. Please contact us prior to your arrival for details.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Late check out is available - subject to availability.

There is an additional cost, however you need to enquire with reception on check in to find out if we can accommodate this request. Please contact us for details.

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

A $250 deposit is required at time of booking payable directly to Pacific Plaza Apartments

eTourism Holidays (our booking agent) will also require a small deposit at time of booking.

Q: What are the reception hours?

Reception Hours are:

Monday-Friday: 9.00am - 5.00pm
Saturday: 9.00am - 12.00pm
Sunday: 9.00am - 11.00am

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

We have a range of theme park tickets and tours available for you to book at reception - come by and see us upon your arrival at our apartments.

We can also arrange airport transfers and help with any other information you may need to navigate around the Gold Coast.

Secure undercover car parking is available. There is 1 car space per apartment.

Yes all linen is provided during your stay

Q: How often are the rooms serviced?

After every 7th day of your stay with us

Q: Is the pool heated?

Yes, our outdoor swimming pool is seasonally heated.

Q: How close is Surfers Paradise?

We are located in Surfers Paradise with Cavill Avenue only a 10 minute walk from our apartments.

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

There are a wide range of restaurants nearby, shops are a 10 min walk and there is a convenience store across the road

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

The trams are located right at our back door and buses one block away.

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

Convenience store is adjacent and supermarkets are a 10 min walk.
