Office Hours:
Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 5.00pm
Saturday - 9.00am to 12.00pm
Sunday -9.00am to 11.00am

If you are arriving outside office hours, please contact us prior to your arrival.

Deposit Policy:
At the time of booking your Credit Card will be charged $200 by Pacific Plaza Apartments.
This is the total deposit required to be paid at time of booking to confirm the booking.
This total deposit is included in the total room price and does not include any additional charges or fees. 

Payment Policy:
Low & Mid Season: The remaining balance will be processed automatically 7 days prior to your arrival on the credit card provided at the time of booking.
High Season: The remaining balance will be processed automatically 30 days prior to your arrival on the credit card provided at the time of booking.

Pre-authorizations:
At check in we will make a $200 pre authorisation charge to your credit card.  We accept Visa & Mastercard. Alternatively a cash bond of $200 will be required.

Cancellation Policy:
Low Season: If booking is a no show or cancelled within 3 days of arrival there is NO refund. $50 admin fee for all cancellations
Mid Season If booking is a no show or cancelled within 7 days of arrival there is NO refund. $50 admin fee for all cancellations
High Season If booking is a no show or cancelled within 30 days of arrival there is NO refund. $100 admin fee for all cancellation

While we endevour to fullfil requests relating to specific apartments, this is not always possible & cannot be guaranteed.
